This resort has it all: waters a clear turquoise, sand a powdery white, and a backdrop straight out of a postcard. This luxurious resort is a perfect blend of elegance and tropical charm, making it the ideal setting for Sarah and Trevor’s wedding. The gentle ocean breeze, the rhythmic sound of waves, and the vibrant Bahamian sunsets all contributed to the magic of this unforgettable celebration of love.
An Intimate Affair
Sarah and Trevor’s decision to elope to the Bahamas was driven by their desire for an intimate celebration. With just a handful of close friends and family members who have supported them along their journey, the atmosphere was filled with warmth and heartfelt connections. The intimacy of their wedding allowed them to focus on what truly matters—their love for each other and the cherished bonds with their loved ones.
We started with an incredible sunset session the night before the big day. There was so much excitement and a little bit of nervousness, but we got to frolic in the sand and work out all that energy. A Bahamian beach sunset has got to be one of the most romantic things on earth.
A Ceremony by the Sea
The ceremony took place on the beach, with the bright blue ocean as a breathtaking backdrop. As Sarah and Trevor stood with their toes in the sand, the sun shining above and the gentle waves creating a soothing symphony, it was a moment of pure magic. Sarah looked stunning in her gauzy gown and beach-themed foot jewelry, adding elegance to the carefree setting. The couple exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony celebrating their unique journey and unwavering love for one another.
A Taste of Paradise
Following the ceremony, the “reception” was a beautifully intimate tasting dinner. The setting was enchanting, with a live band playing soft tropical melodies in the background. Inspired by local flavors, the delightful dishes tantalized everyone’s taste buds, adding a culinary delight to the evening’s festivities.

One of the highlights of the evening was when Sarah and Trevor decided to try their hand at playing the kettle drums. The next day, the small wedding party rallied and had a poolside afterparty. The bride and groom looked positively smitten as we captured some images of the new Mr. and Mrs. on the beach and lounging in the pool. Everyone was basking in the calm after the big event and truly enjoying each other’s company.
